Virtual Road Trip: Art Walk Cheyenne

While it’s undeniable that big cities like San Francisco take the cake when it comes to urban art and exploration. There is an amazing revival happening in the small towns and cities around the US. And these places are gems if your willing to look deeper.

I was blown away by the street art and historic architecture in the tiny downtown of the Cheyenne, Wyoming. While the area is only a few blocks, there is a lot to notice and take in. Not to mention major historic moments I was unaware of. While walking around I stumbled upon the spot where the first women’s suffrage law was passed back in 1869. I shouldn’t be surprised these hardcore pioneer women set the stage for women’s rights, but was still surprised to see it happened in Cheyenne, Wyoming of all places.

Take a virtual walk around their downtown and consider a visit next time you pass through.
